Services > VLSystems
VL Systems, a leading professional
services company providing secure information solutions, found itself
struggling to unite its information across all departments so that
sales, finance/accounting and engineers alike could manage the progress
of all projects and cases through detailed visibility into every
customer. Spinnaker migrated all of VL Systems multiple data sources
into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and did extensive training to ensure that
all employees had the least downtime and greatest immediate return on
the deployment.

Sport/Ticketing > Anaheim Ducks
The Anaheim Ducks Profession Hockey
team (The Ducks), sought to integrate its ticketing system with a savvy
CRM solution to be able to better sell to, track and serve its season
ticket holders, group sales and individual ticket sales. Spinnaker is
working with The Ducks and its ticketing system to bring Microsoft
Dynamics CRM into the mix in order to maximize every customer
interaction and to better document customer preferences, purchase
patterns and special requirements/requests.

Finance > CU Cooperative Systems
CU Cooperative Systems (The CO-OP),
the nation's largest credit union electronic funds transfer (EFT)
network, needed to migrate their disparate data systems into a
centralized database for managing sales, support, business development
and management. Spinnaker customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with the
addition of c360 Core and Sales Productivity Packs, to accommodate
information from The CO-OP proprietary SQL database so that it could
track credit unions, vendors and customer information. The CO-OP team
of financial service representatives, account managers and business
development associates will be able to quickly access centralized
vendor and customer data to leverage workflow and streamline the lead
and opportunity cycle.

Real Estate > The Norris Group
The Norris Group previously maintained its 60,000+ account records utilizing a combination of Excel and Access databases. It was in need of a system that could maintain all account records, and provide a single platform from which to better manage sales and marketing efforts. The Norris Group’s immediate need for a CRM solution made the quick deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online a key factor. Spinnaker migrated The Norris Group’s data from Excel, Outlook, and Access into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, and configured the system to meet specific requirements unique to The Norris Group’s business.

Manufacturing > ChromaDex
ChromaDex is the market leader in the
creation and supply of botanical reference standards along with related
phytochemical products and services. Because if its commitment to a
customer centric business model, ChromaDex sought to bring its
disparate types of data into an intuitive CRM system that could aid in
sales, support, order processing and operational capacities. Spinnaker
combined Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP and Scribe to
develop a single solution that yielded greater scalability for
ChromaDex's continued growth within a consolidating manufacturing
environment.
