Spinnaker is a top CRM resellers in the US in the SMB space. Spinnaker is expanding and needing to add a new team member. We are currently looking to add a Software Engineer to help analyze existing applications, develop new software solutions and customize  pre-existing solutions, help with product implementations, and troubleshoot software. This individual will assist with database modeling and design.

This individual will provide expert level software development in a Microsoft environment including Visual Studio, C#, Web Services, ASP.Net, ActiveX, and SQL Server 2000/2005, including the ability to create flexible solutions and optimize development for maximum performance.  You are the right person for this job if you have the ability to work in a team environment, have good communication skills and have the ability to adapt and embrace new technology and industry methodology.

In order to be successful your tool-belt should include:
· 2+ years experience analyzing existing business applications and processes
· Knowledge and experience in the development of new and customization of pre-existing software solutions in .Net, C# and SQL
· Experience with product implementations
· Polished and professional verbal and written skills · Good understanding of troubleshooting software and network architecture · A high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
· A strong grasp of database modeling and design · Strong critical thinking skills, including systems and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment/decision making ability required.
· An understanding of networks and/or infrastructure environments is useful · Microsoft CRM, SalesLogix and/or NetSuite experience is a major plus. Any CRM package experience would be helpful, such as: Goldmine, Onyx, Pivotal, Salesforce.com, Siebel or Sage CRM · Minimum of five years of application development experience on large complex Web software applications in a Microsoft environment including applications such as CRM.
