Dynamics 0% Financing Promotion – Terms and Conditions
Available November 19, 2008 until March 20, 2009, the Microsoft Dynamics 0%
Financing Promotion enables eligible customers to spread the cost of new
Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM licenses over 36 months with
0% interest including the first year of Business Ready Enhancement Plan /
Software Assurance utilizing a standard Microsoft Financing commercial loan or
lease payment option.
Applicable only to new
customers buying Microsoft Dynamics® ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft
Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Dynamics NAV) license
including the first year Business Ready Enhancement Plan.
Applicable only to new
customers buying Microsoft Dynamics® CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM SKUs sold
through Volume Licensing programs (i.e. Enterprise, Open, Open Value and
Select) must include both License and Software Assurance (SA).
0% Financing promotion
available from November 19, 2008 until March 20, 2009.
The total purchase value of
the License for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics ERP
(Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and
Microsoft Dynamics SL) and Business Ready Enhancement Plan /
Software Assurance must exceed USD $20,000 up to USD $1,000,000 and it
will be subject to a 0% rate of interest (based on the Estimated Retail
Price list). Any amount financed for non-eligible products or above
USD $1,000,000 will be subject to Microsoft Financing standard terms and
conditions. The minimum purchase value of USD $20,000 must be solely made
up of the eligible Microsoft Dynamics products and services described
above.
Additional costs associated
with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation,
such as ISV software, hardware, partner services & customization and
other Microsoft software, can be financed at Microsoft Financing standard
rates.
No deposit or down payments
are required but subject to credit approval.
The Microsoft Financing
interest rates applied to any amount financed for non-eligible products or
purchases above the USD $1,000,000 cap may be subject to change.
The offer is restricted to
new customers and cannot be combined with any other Microsoft Dynamics
promotions.
Available only in Australia
(subject to unique terms and conditions), Belgium, Canada (subject to unique
terms and conditions), France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand,

to evaluate credit
Credit application.
Applications over $100,000
typically needs 2 years audited or reviewed financial accounts.
In some cases, more
information will be specifically requested via email during the approval
process.
